Andrea Giunti was born in Florence, Italy in 1987. He discovered his passion for jewelry making after high school, which lead him to attending The Institute of Arts of Florence and The Metallo Nobile School, becoming proficient in the arts of sculpting, engraving, and design. The results of Andrea's work create pieces that are daringly dynamic and simply unique, often crossing the line between avant guard fashion jewelry and surprising mechanical inventions. The pieces permit one to interact, play, dissect. Shapes change and gears spin as the jewel reveals it's secrets.

The majority of my works are made out of silver and brass, which are sometimes colored through cataphoresis or rhodium plating. I also love experimenting with alternative materials and mediums such as magnets, steel powder, cold glazes, plexiglas. My main goal is to create the perfect balance between aesthetically beautiful pieces and interactive, mentally challenging designs.
